Here are a few of my favorite oil paintings that I've done over the past few years. Oil paint is much thicker than acrylic and thus needs a solvent to thin it. Oil also takes alot longer to dry and is harder to clean off brushes. The positive aspect of oil paint is that it creates much bolder and richer colors and textures.
